The SRTF Delivers Two Electricity Generators to Its Project North of Aleppo Governorate

Türkiye – Wednesday, 23rd October 2019- Today the SRTF Management Unit delivered two electricity generators to its project: “Reestablishing Seed Production and Multiplication Programmes in Aleppo, Idleb, and Hama Governorates". The generators, of 50 KVA capacity each to ensure uninterrupted power supply in different facilities of the project.

The project, with a total value of about EUR 3.3 million, aims to address the shortage of equipment to provide logistical support for seed multiplication and increase grain production in general, and is expected to directly benefit about 225,000 people in the targeted areas. The project will also improve living conditions in the entire targeted areas through the availability of food, especially bread and legumes.
